The investor’s objective was to create a representative multifunctional hall intended for employee training sessions, conferences, corporate and social events, with the possibility of being rented to external organizers as well.

The project transformed previously unused areas consisting of a cafeteria, kitchen, offices, storage rooms, and a service corridor into a single open and flexible space. The scope of the project also included the renovation of the access corridor and restroom facilities.

The 2014 design introduced innovative solutions, including a highly adaptable spatial layout, advanced lighting systems capable of creating a variety of atmospheres, and concealed HVAC technologies. Particular emphasis was placed on acoustic comfort, achieved through wooden acoustic wall and ceiling panels.

An adjoining kitchenette and an interpretation room further enhance this comprehensive multifunctional venue, which, thanks to its quality, functionality, and timeless design, continues to meet high standards even today.
