The reconstruction of the Theatre at Greškov represents the transformation of a dilapidated former cultural center into a vibrant social and cultural space. The project was created at a time when the location was marked by a neglected environment and the loss of the original identity of public buildings. The ambition of the design was to create an optimistic place that will support people meeting, cultural events and the social life of the community.

The architectural concept works with a strong color, natural light and simple material solutions. The interior was designed with an emphasis on the flexibility of the operation in order to be able to respond to various forms of use - from theater performances to concerts to social events and weddings.

The greatest value of the project is its durability. After almost two decades, a crucial part of the original architectural design remains preserved. The interior has retained its identity, functionality and visual quality, with only minimal adjustments to the furniture resulting from the natural development of the operation. The project thus confirms that high-quality architecture can stand the test of time without the need for major interventions.
