The headquarters of the globally successful Slovak company Innovatrics demonstrates how a company’s core vision—Building a World of Instant Trust—together with the latest insights into healthy and inspiring workplaces, can define the identity of an interior environment.
In an era of AI-generated videos and images, fake news, and other threats in the digital world, Innovatrics uses biometric technologies to help restore trust. Consequently, the workplace itself has been conceived as a place of trust and openness. Company leadership works within the same open-plan environment as all other employees, resulting in a spatial concept that is consistent throughout and free from unnecessary hierarchy. This approach creates spaces that remain visually connected to other parts of the building while also opening towards the façade and the outside world.
At the heart of the building lies a central atrium, designed both as a pleasant everyday gathering space and as a venue for professional and social events. The stage can be viewed from the adjacent social staircase as well as from the enclosed auditorium, enabling a variety of event formats.
The atrium extends through all four floors and is complemented by a striking spiral staircase. This allows users to move easily throughout the building while encouraging spontaneous encounters, collaboration, and the generation of new ideas and innovations.
