Zadaním investora bolo vytvoriť efektívne a zároveň efektné pracovné prostredie pre potreby mediálneho domu Zoznam.sk, ktorý pôsobí v oblasti online produktov a spravodajstva.
Priestorové rozdelenie vychádza z charakteru pracovných tímov a ich režimu. Kostrou je open space v centrálnej časti, zasadacie miestnosti po obvode a mezanín. Pod mezanínom sú priestory kuchynky, copy pointu a odkladacie skrinky. Akcentom je presklená serverovňa. Mezanín je využitý na kanceláriu riaditeľa so zázemím, manažment, zasadaciu miestnosť a chill-out zónu.
Objekt Pradiarne 1900 má ako NKP striktné usmernenia k riešeniu interiéru z pohľadu polohy prvkov, farebnosti, konštrukčných detailov a technického zabezpečenia, čo si vyžadovalo skĺbiť požiadavky klienta s možnosťami priestoru a ísť na hranu dizajnových a technických kompromisov.
Čierna farba oceľovej konštrukcie stĺpov a mezanínu bola predpísaná Pamiatkovým úradom a podporila základný industriálny, až uličný dojem. Kontrast bielych stien a tmavých oceľových konštrukcií je doplnený drevom, vegetáciou a odzrkadlený aj v mobiliári a sklených priečkach. Živé kvety sme použili na prirodzené zmäkčenie a osvieženie celkového dojmu. Obvodovú stenu v styku s vysokými tabuľovými fasádnymi oknami sme navrhli v tehlovom obklade na podčiarknutie pôvodne priemyselného charakteru objektu. Zvolené riešenie má podporiť pocit vzťahu k pracovnému prostrediu a podčiarknuť výhody práce na pracovisku oproti home office, ktorý poznáme z posledných období.

The task given to the investor was to create an efficient and at the same time effective working environment for the needs of the company – media house Zoznam.sk. This company operates in the field of online products and journalism.
The spatial layout is based on the nature of work teams and their routines. The backbone consists of an open space in the central area, meeting rooms around the perimeter, and a mezzanine. Below the mezzanine, there are spaces for a kitchenette, a copy point, and storage lockers. Interior accent is the glazed server room. The mezzanine is used for the director's office with facilities, offices for management, a meeting room, and a chill-out zone.
Pradiareň 1900 building has strict guidelines for the interior design in terms of element placement, colour scheme, structural details, and technical security. This required combining the client's requirements with the possibilities of the space and going to the edge of design and technical compromises.
The black colour of the steel structure of the columns and mezzanine was prescribed by The Municipal Monument Preservation Institute and supported the basic industrial, almost street-like impression. The contrast between the white walls and dark steel structures is complemented by wood, vegetation, and is also reflected in the furniture and glass partitions. Live plants were used to naturally soften and refresh the overall impression. The perimeter wall in contact with the tall pane facade windows was designed with a brick cladding to emphasize the building's original industrial character. The chosen design solution enhances the sense of connection to the working environment and highlight the advantages of working in the workplace compared to the home office, which we have become familiar with in recent years.
