BCK
Interiér bytu bol zrekonštruovaný pre rodinu s malým dieťaťom. Priečne presvetlená dispozícia trojizbového bytu v nadstavbe poskytuje decentné riešenie, prevažne v odtieňoch sivej. Na drevenej podlahe sa premieta atypická stena — ťažisko bytu, ktorá esteticky a funkčne prepája otvorený priestor.
Lokalita a stavebné úpravy
V prostredí bratislavských Päťsto bytov bol v roku 2012 nadstavaný, dvomi plnohodnotnými podlažiami a jedným ustúpeným, obytný blok. Byt BCK sa nachádza na šiestom podlaží. Z pôvodnej dispozície bola vybúraná priečka do kuchyne, demontované podlahy a dvere, obklady a dlažby, sanita a kuchynská linka. V súlade s úpravami prerobili elektroinštaláciu.
Zadanie
Pôvodná dispozícia poskytla kvalitný základ pre nový koncept interiéru. Požiadavkou investora bol hlavne nový takmer monochromatický dizajn, s prevahou sivomodrých tónov.
Koncept interiéru
V byte sú oddelené zóny: intímna a spoločenská. V koncepte otvorenej dennej zóny hrajú prím atypické prvky s mobilným mobiliárom, svietidlá a čierne detaily ako kľučky, vypínače a sivé čalúnenie a textílie. Sivomodrá rohová stena so štrbinami otvárania je určujúcim prvkom interiéru. Prechádza z predsiene do kuchyne a kompozične ju uzatvára čierna kuchynská nika. Súčasťou steny sú bezfalcové dvere do komory. Kuchynský ostrovček, zvýraznený textúrou lešteného Quarzitu, oddeľuje jedálenskú časť. V nike v obývacej izbe sa dômyselne ukrýva aj bar, a elegantne za perforovanou časťou aj klimatizácia. Čierny gres na stenách v kúpeľni a na toalete necháva vyznieť kresbu sivého gresu na podlahe. Zdanlivú jednotvárnosť bytu narúšajú lososovoružové akcenty: kubus skrinky pod umývadlom a valec — konferenčný stolík v obývačke. Celoplošná drevená podlaha z bieleného duba podporuje harmóniu a kompaktnosť moderného dizajnu interiéru.

The interior of the apartment has been renovated for a family with a small child. The cross-lit layout of the three-bedroom apartment in the superstructure provides an understated solution, mostly in shades of grey. An atypical wall - the centre of gravity of the apartment - is projected on the wooden floor, which aesthetically and functionally connects the open space.
Location and building modifications
In the surroundings of Bratislava's Five Hundred Flats, a residential block was added in 2012, with two full floors and one setback. Apartment BCK is located on the sixth floor. From the original layout, the partition to the kitchen was demolished, flooring and doors, tiles, sanitary ware and kitchen unit were dismantled. In line with the alterations they have rewired the wiring.
Assignment
The original layout provided a sound basis for the new interior concept. The investor's requirement was mainly for a new almost monochromatic design, with a predominance of grey-blue tones.
Interior concept
The apartment has separate zones: intimate and social. In the concept of the open day zone, atypical elements with mobile furnishings, light fixtures and black details such as handles, switches and grey upholstery and fabrics play a role. The grey-blue corner wall with slit opening is a defining element of the interior. It passes from the hallway into the kitchen and is compositionally closed by a black kitchen niche. The wall includes a flangeless door to the pantry. A kitchen island, highlighted by the texture of polished Quarzit, separates the dining area. The niche in the living room also ingeniously conceals the bar, and, elegantly behind the perforated section, the air conditioning. The black gres on the walls in the bathroom and toilet let the gray gres drawing on the floor stand out. The apartment's apparent monotony is broken up by salmon-pink accents: the cube of a cabinet under the sink and the cylinder-coffee table in the living room. The all-wood floor of bleached oak supports the harmony and compactness of the modern interior design.
