Byt pre mladý pár s veľkorysou výmerou na Grosslingovej ulici bol charakteristický svojou uzatvorenosťou a silným dispozičným delením na menšie priestory.
Rozhodli sme sa odstrániť všetky nenosné priečky, ktoré byt definovali a tým vytvoriť preplávajúci priestor, pričom sme ponechali iba jednu stenu do spálne s pôvodnými dverami, ako fragment pôvodnej dispozície.
Nové členenie dispozície, či vymedzenie a oddelenie priestorov ako komora či pracovňa a šatník, sú riešené nestavebne. Vkladáme odnímateľné prvky ako zasklenú stenu, kuchynskú linku či záves. Práve koncept nevytvárania nových stavebných prvkov v interiéry vnímame ako extrémne potrebný pri momentálnej tendencií fluktuácie ľudí a potreby zmien v čase. Týmto spôsobom je byt bez vytvárania nového stavebného odpadu kedykoľvek prestaviteľný a jednotlivé prvky nahraditeľné. Dopovedaním tejto variability je posuvná knižnica na kolieskach, ktorá môže v prípade potreby slúžiť aj ako oddelenie medzi jedálňou a obývačkou.
Celý koncept jedného priestoru podtrhuje masívna dubová podlaha prebiehajúca celým bytom a obálkovito pojednané steny a stropy prebiehajúce až do kúpeľne, kde je všetko vyomietané.
Dispozícia necháva vyniknúť veľkorysej výmere a sprostredkováva maximálne spojenie so všetkými výhľadmi z bytu, kde na rôznych miestach môžu majitelia odvnímať viaceré atmosféry podľa nálady.
Byt je navrhnutý na mieru klientom a zároveň necháva veľkú voľnosť na úpravy do budúcnosti tak aby plnil svoj aktuálny účel s možnosťou dopovedania. Tým chceme odprezentovať aj náš pohľad na interiéry bytov, ktoré sú vždy len dočasným riešením.

The apartment for a young couple with a generous size on Grosslingová Street was characterized by its enclosure and strong layout division into smaller spaces.
We decided to remove all the non-load-bearing partitions that defined the apartment and thus create a flowing space, leaving only one wall to the bedroom with the original door as a fragment of the original layout.
The new division of the layout, or the demarcation and separation of spaces such as the pantry or the study and wardrobe, are designed in a non-structural way. We insert removable elements such as a glass wall, a kitchen unit or a curtain. It is the concept of not creating new building elements in the interior that we see as extremely necessary with the current tendency of people's turnover and the need for change over time. In this way, without creating new construction waste, the apartment can be rebuilt at any time and the individual elements can be replaced. Complementing this variability is the sliding bookcase on wheels, which can also serve as a separation between the dining room and the living room if necessary.
The whole concept of a single space is underlined by the solid oak flooring running through the entire apartment and the enveloping walls and ceilings running up to the bathroom, where everything is plastered.
The layout allows the generous size to stand out and conveys maximum connection with all the views from the apartment, where in different places the owners can take away several atmospheres according to their mood.
The apartment is custom designed for the clients while leaving a lot of freedom for modifications in the future to fulfill its current purpose with the possibility of finishing. In this way, we want to present our view on the interiors of apartments, which are always only a temporary solution.
